Sindicalismo y conflictividad laboral en el nuevo escenario

Abstract

Este texto es una reescritura de la intervención en la mesa redonda coordinada por Julieta Longo, “Nuevas demandas, nuevas luchas: la dinámica del conflicto laboral en el nuevo escenario”, el 24 de agosto del 2017.1 La convocatoria estuvo acompañada por un cuestionario que invitaba a contextualizar el análisis de la conflictividad laboral hoy, según dos ejes: los alcances de la revitalización sindical bajo el kirchnerismo y el impacto sobre dicho proceso del contexto económico y político inaugurado por el gobierno de Cambiemos. El cuestionario reconocía el nuevo protagonismo del actor sindical desde el kirchnerismo, mientras planteaba dudas sobre su naturaleza y la pertinencia de aplicarle la etiqueta revitalización. 2 Fueron estas preguntas las que vertebraron el itinerario de mi intervención, y por ende, de este texto, el cual no es fruto de una investigación en curso sino de una serie de reflexiones ad hoc. He añadido algunas referencias bibliográficas y sopesado el argumento original a la luz de los acontecimientos acaecidos desde entonces.
