Abstract

La pandemia y la consecuente decisión política de implementar el Aislamiento Social Preventivo y Obligatorio evidenció, como nunca, las formas heterogéneas en las que los y las trabajadores se vinculan y permanecen en el mercado de trabajo en la Argentina, más allá de los persistentes niveles de informalidad que constituye una de sus características salientes. Heterogeneidad y estructura económico-productiva que vio acelerado su deterioro en los últimos cuatro años, en los que la norma fue la pérdida de estabilidad laboral, del poder adquisitivo de los salarios y los cambios permanentes en la organización del trabajo. Frente a esta situación de debilidad del sector trabajo y la crisis arrastrada de los años anteriores, el riesgo que se corre es que las consecuencias de la pandemia terminen siendo recargadas sobre las espaldas de trabajadoras y trabajadores. Una de las maneras de echar luz sobre esta situación es a partir del estudio y caracterización de las condiciones en las que han desarrollado su actividad laboral aquellos trabajadores que siguieron realizando sus tareas de forma remota o bajo la modalidad de teletrabajo.
