Abstract

Se propone estudiar el uso diferencial y jerárquico del territorio por parte de las empresas comerciales en cadenas que pertenecen al circuito superior de la economía. Los supermercados en Argentina poseen un mercado cada vez más concentrado y oligopolizado resultado del proceso de fusiones y adquisiciones en ese sector y en otros afines. Estas grandes corporaciones tienen el control de la producción, de los precios, de las ofertas, de la organización de las ciudades, entre otros aspectos. Intentamos comprender las relaciones, transformaciones e interacciones existentes entre las topologías y organización de las grandes cadenas de comercialización presentes en Argentina y la red urbana preexistente de la provincia de Buenos Aires.
