La pobreza en los aglomerados urbanos del Norte Grande Argentino

Abstract

El capítulo analiza en forma comparada, las condiciones de pobreza en las nueve capitales provinciales del Norte Grande Argentino. Para efectuar el análisis, la fuente de datos fue el Censo Nacional de 2001 y se utilizó el Índice de Privación Material de de los Hogares (IPMH), variable compuesta que permite reconocer diferencias en los niveles de Intensidad e Incidencia de la pobreza urbana.
