Abstract

Se cartografiaron los niveles de calidad de vida y calidad urbana en la región metropolitana de Córdoba en función de los niveles de disponibilidad de equipamientos y servicios urbanos básicos y específicos en el territorio. Estos atributos se reconstruyeron combinando datos georreferenciados de múltiples indicadores (datos censales, ubicación y tipo de equipamientos y servicios relevados manualmente u obtenidos en portales SIG) utilizando la metodología propia de la Evaluación Multicriterio que permitió combinar indicadores no semejantes y obtener una valoración cuantitativa de su distribución en el territorio. La información se procesó con software SIG, y los mapas obtenidos se evaluaron críticamente a fin de identificar tendencias de desarrollo a mediano plazo y su impacto en la estructura socioeconómica y espacial de la región respecto a la distribución desigual de recursos urbanos.

We mapped the levels of quality of life and urban quality in the metro area of Córdoba, ac-cording to availability levels of basic and specific urban services and social equipment in the territory. We rebuilt these attributes by combining georeferenced data from multiple indicators (census data, loca-tion and type of equipment and urban services manually surveyed or obtained in GIS portals) through the methodology of Multicriteria Evaluation. This methodology allowed us to combine non-similar indicators, and obtain a quantitative assessment of their distribution in the territory. Finally, we processed the in-formation with GIS software, and evaluated critically the maps obtained in order to identify medium-term development trends, as well as their impact on the socioeconomic and spatial regional structure with respect to the unequal distribution of urban resources.
