Análisis de la peligrosidad y exposición en Ingeniero White, Argentina

Abstract

Uno de los caminos que recorre el agua de la ciudad de Bahía Blanca es la zona vinculada con el frente al litoral Atlántico donde se emplaza la población de Ingeniero White. El objetivo del presente trabajo fue confeccionar una cartografía de la peligrosidad y de exposición sobre la base de información recopilada e introducida, analizada y procesada en un Sistema de Información Geográfica. El resultado fue la elaboración de una cartografía de la peligrosidad clasificada en alta, media y baja y de una cartografía de cinco grados de exposición del área estudiada.

One of the ways that runs the water from Bahia Blanca city is the area related to the waterfront over the Atlantic Ocean where Ingeniero White town is located. The aim of this study was to make a mapping of the hazard and exposure based on information collected and introduced, analyzed and processed in a Geographic Information System. The result was the development of a hazard mapping classified into high, medium and low and a mapping of five degrees of exposure of the studied area.
