Abstract

La presencia de grandes masas de desempleados y la condición de precariedad y flexibilización que revisten los empleos en el siglo XXI parecen ser las notas distintivas de los mercados laborales del mundo, tal y como se configuran tras la crisis del petróleo. Este escenario ha planteado un nuevo contexto para las intervenciones políticas sobre el mundo del trabajo: una estructura social reconfigurada, unas capacidades estatales diluidas, unos modelos de producción renovados, unos modos de regulación social adaptados a los tiempos que corren.
