Caracterización de un motor a vapor de doble efecto

Abstract

Se presenta en el siguiente trabajo la caracterización de los parámetros defuncionamiento de un motor a vapor a efectos de conocer la capacidad de producción de potencia y torque, para ser acoplado a la línea de vapor generado en el sistema Fresnel Lineal montado en San Carlos, Salta. Los ensayos fueron realizados en la planta piloto de la Facultad de Ingeniería (FI) de la Universidad Nacional de Salta (UNSa), donde se empleó una caldera-generador de vapor. Se ensayó el motor desde el arranque hasta régimen nominal, pasando por diversos escalones de r.p.m. y se tomaron medidas de presiones mínimas y máximas, temperatura de vapor de admisión y ambiente, régimen de r.p.m. y caudal de vapor. Las curvas de potencia y torque presentadas concuerdan con la literatura correspondiente a las maquinas térmicas.
