Pueblo Qom: el nuevo código civil frente al convenio 169 de la OIT

Abstract

El Pueblo Qom en Argentina representa un porcentaje importante de la población, mucho más en la región del Nordeste. El nuevo Código Civil trae reformas que modificarán la vida de todos los ciudadanos argentinos. La situación jurídica del Pueblo Qom con el nuevo Código Civil en relación a la posesión de tierras, representa el objeto de análisis del presente trabajo, mediante el cual se pretende llegar a una reflexión de la normativa recientemente dictada y su impacto en la Población Indígena local.

The Pueblo Qom in Argentina represents a significant percentage of the population, much more in the Northeast. The new Civil Code brings reforms that will change the lives of all Argentine citizens. The legal status of Qom Pueblo with the new Civil Code in relation to land ownership, represents the object of study of this work, through which it intends to reach a reflection of the recently enacted legislation and its impact on the local indigenous population.
