En este capítulo buscamos reflexionar sobre las transformaciones acontecidas en la última década en la gestión del territorio de la ciudad de Tandil, materializadas en la elaboración e implementación de un nuevo Plan de Desarrollo Territorial (PDT) en 2005 y de la Ley de Paisaje Protegido Nº 14.126 en 2010, que agudizaron el debate en la sociedad local respecto a las posibles formas de utilización y apropiación del espacio urbano y del Sistema Serrano de Tandilia…
