Secador solar híbrido : Primeros ensayos

Abstract

Se presentan resultados preliminares correspondientes a la puesta en marcha y a los primeros ensayos de un secador solar tipo túnel de circulación forzada, que utiliza un quemador de leña como fuente de energía auxiliar. El equipo, ubicado en San Carlos, provincia de Salta, está destinado a la producción de pimiento seco para pimentón y las experiencias que se describen se realizaron con el objeto de poner a punto su funcionamiento. El sistema de secado fue ensayado durante un mes, realizándose ciclos completos de secado con energía solar y combinados con el quemador de biomasa. Durante los mismos se midieron las variables de interés en la operación del sistema.
