Abstract

La literatura sobre integración en infraestructura siempre ha estado subordinada a los estudios sobre integración económica, sin embargo difícilmente se tenga éxito con los efectos esperados de una unión económica sin las arterias de interconexión que viabilicen el intercambio. La propuesta de este trabajo es analizar el proyecto de integración física más importante de América Latina, sus lógicas, sus propósitos y condicionantes: la Iniciativa de Integración en Infraestructura Regional Suramericana (IIRSA), a partir de uno de sus ejes, la Hidrovía Paraná-Paraguay…
