La política social en la Argentina tras el cambio de ciclo: Una mirada desde la Seguridad Social y la Asistencia Social.

Abstract

América Latina y específicamente Argentina con el cambio de gobierno está atravesando un giro hacia la derecha que repercute directamente en el bienestar de la sociedad. En este marco, a partir del cambio de ciclo, el objetivo de este artículo es reflexionar en torno a la política social promulgada por el nuevo gobierno en términos de innovación, continuidad y resultados. Los interrogantes del presente artículo son: ¿Cómo repercute el cambio de gobierno en la cuestión social? ¿Cuáles son las estrategias gubernamentales en materia de política social?. Con el fin de abordar dicho dilema, el presente trabajo analizará en primer lugar la concepción de la política social del gobierno tras el cambio de ciclo. En segundo lugar, se explica cómo esa conceptualización repercute en el rol del Estado y se presentan los principales programas en un análisis comparado de sus lineamientos, tipo de cobertura, inversión y resultados. Finalmente, se brindan conclusiones tentativas.
