Grupos de riesgo en establecimientos penitenciarios ante la pandemia de coronavirus

Abstract

En este trabajo, mostraremos cuales son aquellos argumentos que se han brindado para denegar los pedidos de prisión domi- ciliaria a personas consideradas como grupo de riesgo, ya sea por su edad o por presentar alguna enfermedad susceptible de agravar un posible contagio de coronavirus. A partir de allí, presentaremos nuestros argumentos a favor de esta medida alternativa y las múl- tiples recomendaciones que en consonancia han efectuado organis- mos nacionales e internacionales.
