Hongos comestibles silvestres de los bosques nativos de la región Andino Patagónica

Abstract

Los bosques nativos de la Patagonia Andina albergan una diversidad biológica particular, caracterizada por gran cantidad de plantas y animales que son únicos en la naturaleza. Estos bosques ofrecen un ambiente especial y numerosos bienes y servicios forestales que incluyen a los productos forestales madereros y no madereros, la conservación de suelos y aguas, el empleo, la mitigación del cambio climático, la conservación de la diversidad biológica, las actividades turísticas y recreativas, los valores culturales y espirituales, etc. Entre los productos forestales no madereros del bosque se destacan los hongos silvestres comestibles que, en Patagonia, también poseen una diversidad particular.
