Notas sobre gubernamentalidad neoliberal y violencia

Abstract

En este texto nos proponemos elaborar una interpretación del neoliberalismo que deje de lado la supuesta oposición que ciertas lecturas han realizado entre una hipótesis del poder entendido en términos de coacción, violencia y guerra y otra, alternativa, en términos gubernamentales, como conducción de conductas a través de intervenciones sobre el ambiente y los marcos regulatorios. Nuestra mirada, por el contrario, intentará dilucidar los aspectos violentos de la gubernamentalidad neoliberal, no desde el punto de vista de las consecuencias y/o efectos secundarios, sino desde la relación de mutua presuposición e imbricación entre el gobierno neoliberal y las formas contemporáneas de la violencia. De allí que creemos necesario articular las miradas que en el análisis del neoliberalismo privilegian el extractivismo, el endeudamiento y la desposesión con las que focalizan en los dispositivos que producen las formas de subjetividad empresarializadas, como las teorías del capital humano, las nuevas técnicas de gestión de recursos humanos o el marketing.
