Aspectos tributarios del acceso a la vivienda en Argentina

Abstract

Teniendo en cuenta la importancia del derecho de acceso a una vivienda; el déficit habitacional que aún aqueja a la República Argentina y que el Derecho tributario se erige como una herramienta jurídica que puede ayudar a garantizar dicho derecho, el presente trabajo releva y analiza los aspectos tributarios más relevantes de la normativa argentina que están destinados a favorecer y facilitar el acceso a la vivienda. Desde un punto de vista espacial, amén de alguna mención específica a las Constituciones provinciales, el objeto de estudio se enfoca únicamente en el ordenamiento jurídico nacional. Desde un punto de vista temporal, más allá de ciertas referencias a las políticas habitacionales del pasado, el trabajo se ciñe a la normativa vigente. Si bien es cierto que "la problemática de la vivienda, como la mayoría de las cuestiones sociales, debe ser estudiada en forma integral... con un enfoque multidisciplinario" , en esta oportunidad nos centraremos básicamente sobre cuestiones tributarias.
