Abstract

En el año 2010 en Argentina se implementó un programa de inclusión digital en todas las escuelas secundarias de gestión pública, el Programa Conectar Igualdad, que tuvo entre sus objetivos democratizar el conocimiento en clave TIC y disminuir la brecha digital. Realidad que se vio modificada a partir del año 2015 con lo dispuestos en materia de educación por el gobierno de Cambiemos, desfinanciando el programa en una primera etapa hasta llegar a su cierre en el mayo del 2018, estas medidas impactaron negativamente en el contexto de pandemia actual. Este es el caso de la comunidad educativa de la localidad de El Fuerte en la provincia de Jujuy.

In 2010, Argentina implemented a digital inclusion program for public secondary schools. The main objective of the “Conectar Igualdad” program was democratizing knowledge through ICT and reduce the digital gap. This has changed since 2015 after the government of Cambiemos took measures around education that initially defunded the program and finally decided its closure in May 2018. These measures had a negative impact in the context of the current pandemic. This is the case of the educational community in the town of El Fuerte in the province of Jujuy.
