Validez y Confiabilidad de la Prueba de Running Memory Span

Abstract

El objetivo de este trabajo fue adaptar y validar el Running Memory Span Task (Broadway & Engle, 2010), tarea estándar de memoria de trabajo. Para ello, 106 estudiantes universitarios completaron en una única sesión la prueba de amplitud, junto con las tareas de amplitud de lectura, amplitud de dígitos directos y de no-palabras. La prueba mostró una buena fiabilidad por consistencia interna (Alfa de Cronbach = .78, Kuder Richardson = .79), los análisis de correlaciones mostraron que la tarea de amplitud rápida de estímulos se asoció significativamente con el resto de tareas de memoria de trabajo, y el resultado del análisis factorial confirmatorio mostró que la tarea evalúa un componente ejecutivo de la memoria de trabajo verbal. Estos resultados indicarían que la prueba de amplitud rápida de estímulos puede ser considerara una prueba apropiada, valida y confiable para evaluar el componente ejecutivo de la memoria de trabajo verbal, asociado a un proceso e inhibición.
