Abstract

Los marcos normativos que reconocen los derechos de las diversidades sexuales, como la Ley de Identidad de Género,junto con las normas de derechos humanos y de salud integral que legislan sobre las prácticas en salud en Argentina, son producto de un campo de disputas por sentidos, visibilizaciones,demandas de derechos de los colectivos gays, lesbianas, travestis, transexuales, transgéneros, bisexuales e intersexuales (LGTTTBI) frente a las lógicas heterónomas y patriarcales.
