Conflictividad laboral en la Córdoba reciente

Abstract

Durante septiembre de 2014 tuvo lugar una inquietante polémica entre el Ministerio de Trabajo, Empleo y Seguridad Social de la Nación (MTEySS), por un lado, y distintos investigadores e investigadoras vinculadas al estudio de la conflictividad laboral, por otro. Dicha polémica repercutió en algunos medios periodísticos de alcance nacional y giró en torno a diversas cuestiones analíticas, metodológicas y políticas relacionadas a la caracterización de los conflictos laborales en la Argentina reciente: ¿Qué constituye un conflicto laboral? ¿Cuáles son las implicancias de considerar o no considerar como un conflicto laboral acciones de los trabajadores y trabajadoras que no asumen el formato de huelga o paro? ¿Existe un cambio en la tendencia de la conflictividad laboral reciente? En caso afirmativo, ¿En qué sentidos? ¿Cómo se lo explica? Con estas preguntas como guía para una revisión crítica de la polémica, nos proponemos recuperar las principales tesis o hipótesis sostenidas por las distintas partes que sentaron posición en el debate y analizarlas en base a información referida a la dinámica de los conflictos laborales en la provincia de Córdoba durante el año 2013.
