Impacto del COVID-19 sobre el sector automotriz

Abstract

Este trabajo está orientado a abordar el impacto de la pandemia en el sector automotriz a partir del estudio de las estrategias desplegadas por las empresas terminales, como así también las fábricas autopartistas, para gestionar la etapa de cierre y de apertura de las empresas.Interesa caracterizar en principio el sector productivo, para luego estudiar de manera exploratoria los riesgos en la salud, como así también las consecuencias sobre el salario y el empleo.A continuación se describen las medidas de salud asumidas por las empresas para la reapertura, atentos a los factores organizacionales de higiene y seguridad. Interesó relevar los cambios en el proceso productivo y también las medidas vinculadas al traslado de las y los trabajadores, detectando ambos momentos como claves para controlar potenciales contagios.
