La política de Cambiemos respecto a los organismos electorales

Abstract

Para miembros de las elites partidarias y sectores de la ciudadanía, algunos procesos electorales de 2015 (la primera vuelta electoral nacional y los comicios generales de Santa Fe y Tucumán) mostraron la necesidad de realizar cambios en los componentes de la gobernanza electoral en Argentina. En este sentido, se esgrimieron argumentos a favor de modificar las instituciones que se encargan de administrar, fiscalizar, certificar y legitimar los procesos electorales, exhortando a constituir órganos ?autónomos? de cara a los próximos comicios. La coalición Cambiemos tomó posicionamiento a favor de realizar modificaciones y una vez a cargo del Ejecutivo decidió poner en marcha la reforma política respecto a los procesos electorales nacionales. Cabe preguntarse entonces qué política pública desarrolla el Gobierno asumido en diciembre de 2015 respecto al diseño institucional de la gobernanza electoral, particularmente los organismos electorales.
