Conflictividad laboral y reapropiación del lugar de trabajo

Abstract

El desarrollo económico argentino de la última década incentivó la expansión del mercado de trabajo y posibilitó resituar a las organizaciones sindicales como sujetos políticos significativos dando muestra de cierta capacidad de conflicto y vitalidad en la negociación colectiva. Uno de los datos novedosos es la recuperación del lugar de trabajo en tanto locus de esa conflictividad para la disputa de las condiciones de trabajo y como espacio de formación de cuadros político-sindicales. En este artículo interesa analizar el ciclo actual de acumulación económica desde la perspectiva del trabajo. Para ello caracterizaremos la estructura del mercado laboral, la evolución del salario y la distribución del ingreso que expresan esta fase de acumulación para luego adentrarnos en la configuración adoptada por la conflictividad obrera. Sostenemos que la reapropiación de los espacios de trabajo como ámbitos estratégicos del conflicto se ha visto potenciado y que ello está ligado al modelo de acumulación actual, a la estructura de los sindicatos en argentina (con una estructura particionada de representación en donde los delegados pueden adquirir relevancia) y a la tradición de lucha gremial que caracteriza al movimiento obrero argentino.
