Propiedades globales de corrientes rectilíneas que cuelgan de un plano inclinado

Abstract

Se estudian las propiedades globales de corrientes rectilíneas que cuelgan de un plano inclinado. Se muestra como construir la solución de la ecuación de Young-Laplace que describe la superficie libre, para cualquier perfil transversal del sustrato y para cualquier valor de los ángulos de contacto. El campo de velocidad se obtiene integrando numéricamente una ecuación de Poisson. Se lleva a cabo un estudio sistemático de las corrientes colgantes, se calculan algunas de sus propiedades globales y se discute su estabilidad.
