Abstract

Detectado en la Patagonia desde el año 2005, el gorgojo de la corteza del pino se presenta como una plaga emergente de los sistemas forestales implantados de la región. Los daños que ocasiona podrían causar considerables pérdidas para la industria forestal, producto de la muerte de plantas tanto en viveros forestales como en plantaciones jóvenes de pino.
