Las ficciones del capital: acerca del lugar del conflicto en la constitución de los vínculos laborales

Abstract

Las transformaciones operadas desde los noventa en los centros de trabajo pueden registrarse tanto en un plano material como simbólico. Ambos niveles se articularon consolidando la dominación de las empresas sobre los trabajadores, profundizando la precarización de las condiciones laborales y ampliando las redes de sujeción y subordinación de los trabajadores. En gran medida, los modelos gerenciales apuntaron a desterrar, por medio de diversos dispositivos, la expresión del conflicto en acciones colectivas y también a construir imágenes del mundo en el que se privilegia el equilibrio y el consenso por sobre el conflicto. A pesar de esos esfuerzos los trabajadores ensayan diversas acciones de resistencia que logran manifestarse a través de reivindicaciones confrontativas. La finalidad del artículo es el de resaltar la noción de conflicto como eje de análisis de las relaciones entre capital y trabajo, destacando el vínculo entre las contradicciones estructurales y las acciones concretas de oposición ensayadas por los trabajadores. De manera ilustrativa tomamos el caso de los pasantes del sector de telecomunicaciones y recuperamos los elementos representacionales y culturales puestos en juego en las acciones colectivas.
