Abstract

Com o contínuo avanço das tecnologias e plataformas digitais, conseguimos observar que as empresas enfrentam a necessidade de se aprimorarem para se manterem atualizadas. As marcas de luxo não são exceção. É necessário adotar uma abordagem específica e cuidadosamente planeada em cada etapa, essencialmente nas práticas de trabalho, nas interações com os clientes e nas diversas fases das estratégias de marketing. Os consumidores estão cada vez mais exigentes e não toleram falhas por parte de suas marcas favoritas. Esta dissertação é uma pesquisa exploratória que visa aprofundar conhecimentos sobre o tema e abordar as estratégias de marketing digital específicas para o segmento de moda de luxo, visando destacar a importância da presença online neste mercado altamente competitivo.
