Abstract

"Telewizja to spełnienie odwiecznego pragnienia człowieka kontaktu z innymi członkami społeczności ludzkiej. Obdarzona olbrzymią siłą oddziaływania, telewizja kształtuje współczesny świat w sposób nieosiągalny dotychczas komukolwiek. Od początku powstania tworzy własną osobowość, jednocząc wszystkie dotychczasowe gatunki twórczości artystycznej, jednocześnie powodując powstawanie nowych, dotąd nieznanych form twórczości audiowizualnej. Nieustannie tak modyfi kuje swój sposób przekazu, aby dotrzeć do jak najszerszego kręgu odbiorców lub do grona, na którym zależy telewizyjnym twórcom w sposób szczególny. Telewizja publiczna, telewizja komercyjna, telewizja regionalna, krajowa, europejska czy globalna – każda nieustannie wysyła do widza swój przekaz, będący splotem najróżnorodniejszych działań telewizyjnych."(...)
