Abstract

"Po śmierci Władysława IV Wazy w Rzeczypospolitej powstała nowa sytuacja, gdy pojawił się projekt usprawnienia procedury elekcji. Wysunięto bowiem propozycję połączenia konwokacji z elekcją bądź też odbycia tych dwóch zjazdów w odstępie zaledwie dwóch tygodni. Przeprowadzenie takiego projektu wymagało jednak zgody szlachty zebranej na sejmikach 25 czerwca 1648 r."(...)
