Abstract

Problemem poruszonym w tekście jest wzajemna zależność oraz niezależność organów amerykańskiego państwa i wpływ tego stanu na prowadzoną przez państwo politykę zagraniczną oraz bezpieczeństwo kraju. Jest to próba analizy poszczególnych kompetencji nadanych władzy wykonawczej, ustawodawczej i sądowniczej zarówno przez Konstytucję USA oraz na przestrzeni lat przez Sąd Najwyższy w wyniku praktycznego zapotrzebowania. Autorka dokonuje analizy uprawnień poszczególnych władz z osobna w zakresie polityki zagranicznej i bezpieczeństwa kraju. The problem of article is how American administrative branches depends and not depend on each other and how does it influents on foreign policy and security policy of USA. The article is an essay of analyze individual competencies of executive, legislative and judicial branches given by American Constitution and also by Supreme Court during the time by practical needs. The author analyzes competencies of each power at the context of foreign policy and national security of USA. В статье рассмотрено проблему взаимозависимости и самостоятельности действий органов американского государства и влияние существующего состояния вещей на проводимую государством внешнюю политику и безопасность страны. Автор попыталась провести анализ компетенции органов исполнительной, законодательной и судебной власти данных им Конституцией США, а также Верховным Судом, ввиду практической деятельности этих органов. В исследовании проанализировано права отдельных органов власти в сфере внешней политики и безопасности страны.
