Regionalna obrona terytorialna – możliwości i szanse współpracy

Abstract

Autor przedstawia doktrynalne podstawy prowadzenia współpracy międzynarodowej przez Siły Zbrojne Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej. Opisuje obecne formaty współpracy politycznej, takie jak Grupa Wyszehradzka, Trójkąt Weimarski czy PESCO, oraz przedstawia formaty współpracy wojskowej w ramach Stowarzyszenia FINABEL czy Dowództwa Operacji Specjalnych NATO. Na tej bazie prezentuje szczegóły powstania idei spotkania w ramach regionalnej inicjatywy dowódców formacji terytorialnych, jej główne obszary zadaniowe i możliwości dalszego rozwoju. The author considers legal background of military international cooperation, then he describes basic doctrinal documents of the Polish Armed Forces regarding international military cooperation. Further, author lists regional international cooperation initiatives in defense and security sphere, as Weimar Triangle, Visegrád Group, PESCO, and FINABEL. Based on the political, regional cooperation initiatives the author speculates on possible international military cooperation of territorial defense formations. The author presents potential cooperation areas as training and exercises, recruitment and retention of military personnel, and other.
