Abstract

"Degradacja obszarów zurbanizowanych jest ściśle związana z kształtowaniem się na przestrzeni lat przestrzeni miejskiej, stanowi jednocześnie nieodłączny element jej naturalnej konsekwencji. Sfera przestrzeni łączy w sobie czynniki społeczne, ekonomiczne, gospodarcze, infrastrukturalne, środowiska naturalnego, które wpływają na jej kształt, walory estetyczne, poziom zanieczyszczenia oraz poziom życia mieszkańców."(...)
