Abstract

"Pojęcie prywatności jest przez współczesne społeczeństwo różnie rozumiane i odmiennie interpretowane. Najlepiej jest to uwidocznione w próbach konstrukcji samej definicji prywatności. Zatem tak jak przy formułowaniu każdej innej definicji, tak i w tym przypadku można zauważyć podstawowe błędy, jakie są popełniane w procesie jej tworzenia. Formułowane są za wąskie lub za szerokie definicje prywatności, zaś pomiędzy skrajnymi sposobami rozumienia tego terminu powstaje wiele pojęć i określeń pośrednich. "(...)
