Dzieci ulicy wielkiego miasta

Abstract

"Współczesne, potoczne definicje „dziecka ulicy” kształtowały się pod dużym wpływem dziewiętnastowiecznej literatury i zawartego w niej wizerunku dziecka, nie tylko socjalizowanego na ulicy i „przez ulicę”, ale również noszącego wyraźne zewnętrzne oznaki zaniedbania (jak np. wychudzenie, zaniedbany i brudny ubiór). Tekst ten jest propozycją redefinicji kategorii „dziecka ulicy” współczesnego miasta oraz refleksji nad pojawieniem się wielości typów takich dzieci. Problem przedstawiamy w kontekście przemian ogólnospołecznych, wpływających na warunki życia dzieci i młodzieży w Polsce, na ich codzienne praktyki i sposoby adaptowania się do dynamicznej rzeczywistości."(...)
