Abstract

Ortesi (1) per il trattamento della scoliosi idiopatica comprendente: un corsetto (2) conformato al busto di un utente e presentante una superficie interna posteriore (21) configurata per andare in appoggio sul dorso dell’utente; almeno un elettrodo di stimolazione (3) fissato al corsetto (2) in corrispondenza della superficie interna posteriore (21) e configurato per elettro-stimolare il tessuto muscolare paravertebrale dell’utente; almeno un elemento dinamico di spinta (4) fissato al corsetto (2) in corrispondenza della superficie interna posteriore (21) e configurato per esercitare un’azione di spinta sul gibbo costale dell’utente, tale elemento dinamico di spinta (4) è 10 selettivamente controllabile per regolare l’intensità dell’azione di spinta esercitata sul gibbo costale dell’utente.
