In the context of a refurbishment projects in the Saint-Blaise district in Paris, Atelier du Pont has transformed an existing residential building via an intervention concentrating on the plan of the façade, combining the objectives linked to the improvement of the thermal performances of the envelop, the change of image and to the possibility of providing the residences with new external spaces.

Nell’ambito del progetto di rinnovamento del quartiere di Saint-Blaise a Parigi, Atelier du Pont trasforma un edificio residenziale esistente attraverso un intervento che si concentra sul piano della facciata, coniugando gli obiettivi legati al miglioramento del comportamento termico dell’involucro, al cambio di immagine e alla possibilità di dotare gli alloggi di nuovi spazi esterni.
