La misura della qualità in geomatica.

Abstract

La città di Matera, nel 2019, Capitale Europea della Cultura, confrontata fra la vergogna, ormai passata, dei suoi Sassi ed il suo prodigioso risanamento odierno, fa da apripista ad un discorso, qui anche quantitativo, sulla misura della qualità in Geomatica ed in Geomatica Applicata. In questo contesto, punto d’avvio è come scegliere tra modelli ottimali (cui far seguire un innovativo test di buon adattamento, potente e di facile applicazione), l’indispensabile strumento di passaggio tratta la trasformazione di variabili causali (con il teorema della/e media/e e la legge di propagazione della varianza e varianza-covarianza) ed il punto d’arrivo, offerto dall’analisi multivariata, presenta la co-regressione (come il suo più semplice modello). Brevi considerazioni sulla probabilità soggettiva ed il neo-criticismo concludono questo lavoro.
