Los subsidios en la banca de desarrollo

Abstract

La presente investigaci?n tiene como objetivo presentar evidencia internacional sobre la implementaci?n de subsidios dentro del esquema operativo de la banca de desarrollo, enfoc?ndose principalmente en los pa?ses con caracter?sticas socioecon?micas similares a las de nuestra sociedad. Por otro lado, tambi?n pretende realizar una aproximaci?n real de la implementaci?n de este tipo de pol?ticas en la econom?a salvadore?a, as? como en la hacienda p?blica, teniendo en cuenta las experiencias de otros pa?ses. Haciendo una breve presentaci?n sobre las concepciones, que en cuanto a banca de desarrollo se mantuvieron vigentes en el continente americano hasta la d?cada de 1990 para posteriormente presentar la situaci?n actual sobre dicho tipo de banca, se pretende mostrar en primer lugar la evoluci?n que sobre el tema de subsidios se ha suscitado en las econom?as latinoamericanas (por presentar caracter?sticas socioecon?micas muy similares aunque se reconocen diferencias en cuanto a recursos y tecnolog?as), en lo referente a su utilizaci?n como mecanismos que promuevan el desarrollo de este tipo de banca y por ende su incidencia en el sector real de la econom?a. En segundo lugar, se pretende abordar de una manera sencilla pero clara, la situaci?n actual de las principales econom?as latinoamericanas que presenta una banca de desarrollo fuerte y rentable.
