Institucionalismo y nuevos enfoques pol?ticos

Abstract

Despu?s del dominio en la Ciencia Pol?tica de las corrientes conductistas se produce, desde finales de los a?os setenta y principios de los noventa, una recuperaci?n del institucionalismo, lo que ha sido denominado nuevo institucionalismo, algo que de manera simb?lica se conoce como la reincorporaci?n del Estado (Almond, 1985). Esta reincorporaci?n del Estado es un fen?meno ciertamente intenso en los Estados Unido s en la medida que el Estado nunca desapareci? del todo, en la tradici?n europea, de la Ciencia Pol?tica (Peters, 2003); particularmente esto es cierto en la tradici?n espa?ola. Este art?culo aborda el tema desde la historia y sus principales postulados, haciendo una reflexi?n al respecto de la institucionalidad del Estado y los nuevos enfoques pol?ticos.
