Modelo de competencias colaborativas para la transferencia de conocimiento

Abstract

El objetivo de la investigación es generar un modelo de competencias colaborativas que permita identificar sus componentes y los factores de impacto por medio de una investigación exploratoria-transversal con alcance explicativo. Para elaborar los modelos de colaboración y competencias colaborativas a probar se revisaron áreas de la literatura en competencias, estrategia, transferencia de conocimiento y mejores prácticas. Se empleó la metodología mixta y la triangulación metodológica y teórica en dos fases de validación. La primera fase permitió la validación interna de los constructos y modelos a través de la etnografía en un estudio en caso de tipo descriptivo-cualitativo en su contexto natural. Se obtuvo un modelo ajustado que sirvió para la segunda fase, en la cual se diseñó y validó un instrumento para medir las competencias colaborativas encontradas en el caso y se contrastó con otras organizaciones mexicanas en 36 industrias --Resumen.
