Abstract

Se efectuará una comparación de los beneficios de ser miembro de la OMC, con el incremento que se pueden obtener de estos mismos beneficios o incluso adicionar algunos otros con la celebración de tratados bilaterales o multilaterales fortaleciendo de esta manera las relaciones comerciales o si por el contrario, el creciente número de TLC generan debilitamiento del GATT.
