Trabajo colaborativo en la escuela primaria.

Abstract

La presente investigación se llevó a cabo en la Escuela Primaria Dr. Gabino Barreda en Ciudad Juárez Chih. en el grupo de 5º grado. El fenómeno que se abordó en el estudio fue diseñar e investigar qué situaciones de aprendizaje se deben llevar a cabo en el grupo de 5º grado de la Primaria Dr. Gabino Barreda, para favorecer en los alumnos el trabajo colaborativo. El estudio se enfocó desde el paradigma cualitativo, la metodología que dirigió este estudio fue la investigación acción. Los instrumentos de recolección que se emplearon fueron la entrevista, la encuesta, la observación y el análisis de documentos. La muestra seleccionada estuvo formada por la maestra y el grupo de 5º grado que cuenta con 16 alumnos. Los resultados relevantes muestran que para lograr el trabajo colaborativo es necesario que la maestra diseñe una planeación con base a estrategias de tipo colaborativo que incluyan técnicas y actividades constructivistas que permitan lograr un aprendizaje significativo. Las situaciones de aprendizaje deben centrarse en que la interacción de los alumnos y la maestra sean prácticas encaminadas a desarrollar la responsabilidad individual e interdependencia positiva y asimismo a habilidades tales como la comunicación bilateral, la toma de acuerdos y la solución de conflictos. Cabe mencionar que contar con el mobiliario escolar adecuado es un factor importante en la realización de las actividades.
