Abstract

Este proyecto de tesis viene a complementar una de las estrategias de negocio de la empresa IMSA MEX S.A. de C.V (División APM), a quién en lo sucesivo se le llamará APM. Donde uno de sus objetivos es el de incrementar su participación de mercado en la lámina RFR (Rollo Rolado en Frío), para lograr lo anterior se necesitan desarrollar proyectos que ayuden a aumentar la capacidad productiva de uno de sus procesos críticos (Molino Tándem Frío). Con la finalidad de lograr lo anterior esta tesis se desarrolla mediante la implementación de un sistema "pull system", el cual permita la sincronización de la producción del área de rectificado de laminación en frío con los requerimientos del Molino Tándem. Con este sistema se busca eliminar las demoras por falta de rodillos generadas en el Molino a causa de un problema de sincronización. Lo que se espera lograr al implementar el sistema de trabajo (Pull System) es lo siguiente: - Incremento de Capacidad Productiva del Molino Tándem Frío - Eliminar las demoras por falta de rodillos en el Molino Tándem Frío - Coordinar el proceso de rectificado con las necesidades de sus cliente internos. - Potencial incremento en la participación de mercado en el segmento de lámina RFR (Rollo Rolado en Frío)
