La posible recuperación económica arrastra precariedad. Análisis de coyuntura del mercado de trabajo en el primer semestre de 2014

Abstract

Se cumplen 7 años del inicio de la crisis financiera y económica en 2007 cuya repercusión ha sido especialmente importante en el mercado de trabajo Español pues se han destruido casi 4 millones de empleos y se han alcanzado los seis millones de desempleados. Sin embargo, desde 2013 aparecen signos de recuperación económica y laboral. En el primer semestre de 2014, en España, el empleo está creciendo, si bien a tasas interanuales reducidas, y está bajando la tasa de paro. En el presente artículo, se analiza la evolución de las principales variables laborales españolas en el primer semestre de 2014.El artículo tiene la siguiente estructura. El primer apartado se dedica la evolución de la economía española en el contexto internacional. La sección 2 está dedicada a la oferta de trabajo, la sección 3 a la demanda y la sección 4 a la dinámica del desempleo. En el epígrafe 5 de analiza la evolución de las principales variables laborales en Andalucía. En general, una pregunta debe considerarse en esta nueva fas e de recuperación económica: ¿está el nuevo empleo aumentando la precarización laboral en España.
