Los dolores posturales en adolescentes de secundaria: un estudio colaborativo

Abstract

Tesis inédita presentada en la Universidad Europea de Madrid. Facultad de Ciencias de la Salud. Programa de Doctorado en Fisioterapia Avanzada Existe una creciente preocupación sobre el aumento del dolor de espaldaen adolescentes. En el sistema educativo Español es obligatorio hasta 4ºESO, por ello, la investigación se centra en los alunmnos que estudian secundaria, y que por tanto, son los alumnos con mayor prevalencia. Objetivo: analizar el estado de salud de los adolescentes de secundaria y su ergonomia con el fin de poder desarrollar propuestas de mejora facilitando el bienestar del adolescente. La metodología utilizada se enmarca dentro de la investigación cualitativa de tipo investigación-acción colaborativa. La recogida de datos se realiza mediante entrevistas en profundidad, grupos de discusión, notas de campo y diarios reflexivos. Se realiza el tratamiento de datos mediante programa Atlas Ti. Los resultados recogen que las Acciones de Fisioterapia han producido una disminución del dolor de espalda de los adolescentes, tanto en intensidad como en frecuencia. Los alumnos aumentaron la consciencia corporal y valoran muy positivamente las metodologías activas en las que el estudiante forma parte activa del aprendizaje. Conclusiones: Las Acciones de Fisioterapia producen una mejora en el estado de salud y bienestar general del estudiante de secundaria. UEM
