Desarrollo de un programa de intercambio de conocimientos transversales y metodologías docentes entre profesores

Abstract

En el entorno actual de la educación superior proliferan los grados y dobles (y triples) grados -en una misma facultad y combinando facultades-, y se multiplican las áreas de conocimiento transversales comunes a diferentes ramas de estudio. Este solapamiento de contenidos requiere un distingo entre los distintos enfoques propios a cada facultad, pero a su vez ofrece la posibilidad de entender un mismo conocimiento desde diferentes perspectivas. Por otra parte, el desarrollo cada vez más rápido de las metodologías docentes requiere un seguimiento minucioso de las novedades y su evolución. La propuesta del Programa puesto en marcha por la Facultad de Artes y Comunicación de la Universidad Europea de Madrid “Depósito de docencia” contempla aprovechar al máximo la multiplicidad de conocimientos de los docentes en una misma facultad, y sus destrezas y maestrías en determinadas metodologías docentes, para compartirlas tanto con alumnos de su facultad como con sus compañeros.
