RED TV de empleabilidad deportiva

Abstract

El proyecto RED TV de Empleabilidad Deportiva se presenta como una experiencia educativa pionera que une la formación académica con la realidad profesional del deporte. A través de un formato televisivo innovador, estudiantes de diversas titulaciones se integran en mesas de debate, producción audiovisual y realización técnica, estableciendo conexiones reales con empresas, clubes y referentes del sector. Esta experiencia se alinea con el modelo de aprendizaje basado en proyectos (PBL), donde el estudiante asume un rol activo y colaborativo. La primera edición logró la implicación de más de 300 estudiantes, cinco programas emitidos y una audiencia en directo superior a 130 personas por emisión. Los objetivos son detectar intereses e inquietudes sobre empleabilidad en estudiantes del deporte, fomentar espacios interdisciplinares de debate, promover el contacto con empleadores reales e impulsar un proyecto replicable con valor institucional.
