IA-forankring i ledelsen. Hva må virksomheter ha på plass for å redusere sykefraværet og oppnå et mer inkluderende arbeidsliv (IA)?

Abstract

Bakgrunn: Virksomheter som har inngått en IA-avtale har på ulik måte implementert og opprettholdt fokus på IA1-arbeidet. Det er viktig å identifisere hva de virksomhetene som oppnår resultater med å redusere sykefraværet og øke inkluderingen faktisk gjør for å kunne spre denne arbeidsmåten til flere virksomheter. Erfarne IA-aktører hevder ofte at ledelse er selve kjernen i et godt IA-arbeide. Det finnes imidlertid begrenset forskningsbasert kunnskap om hvilke kjennetegn en virksomhets IA-praksis har, og hvordan ledelsen må være utformet og fungere for å kunne spille en rolle i IA-arbeidet. Mål: Målet med denne studien var å utforske hvordan virksomhetens lederskap må utformes og hva den må omhandle, hvis den skal bidra til å redusere sykefraværet samt øke inkludering av seniorer og personer med redusert funksjonsevne.
