Abstract

Studiet søker å belyse; hvilke sammenhenger det er mellom implementeringen av systematisk feedback fra klienter i familievernet i Norge og familieterapeutenes profesjonelle utvikling. Forskningsspørsmålet er: Hvilke sammenhenger er det mellom bruk av systematisk feedback fra klienter, familieterapeuters opplevelse av hvor langt de har kommet i profesjonell utvikling og hvilken kvalitet det er på deres profesjonelle involvering?
